2000-04-03 18:23:04 much was made today of the greyness and the blahness and the needingtogobacktobedness of today, both by my real life people and other dairylanders. maybe it was just an east coast thing, or maybe not. but it was blechy today. it's all because of the daylight savings thing, i assume. it's kinda wack. it screws everybody up, those scientist type people all know that, right? like car accidents and suicides and all kinds of nonsense are more common during the weeks when we change the clocks, back or forward. we have to stick together, dairylanders. we can make it if we try! islands in the stream. that is what we are. ow my head hurts from staring at the com-pyu-tor all day long again. ow ow. stupid flash, i do not understand you. i had evil times trying to teach myself director, and everyone told me flash was easier, but do you know what i've learned? i'm equally inept at learning everything. it's true. dairyland, i wish you were a real place. i want to vacation there. and each diary is house on a long road going over hills and through cities. and the kind of house you live in is determined by the style of your dairy. kim's little house looks like a club with a sign that says no emo jerks in front. and also in the city section is mehr's pad which has vinyl fashions for sale in the window. that reminds me that this weekend we saw a store in jamaica plain that sold all kinds of wierd clothes. they had zebra stripe vinyl hot pants in the window there. neat. wierd. do people dress like that? is there really such a place. oh and and then down by the sea is sailor mouth's sea shanty and then later on there's a little house, i'm not sure what kind, but there's lots of good food smells and and irish drinking songs coming out of the windows, and that's where mary alice is living. yay fun. oh dairyland, let me call my travel agents. let me book my flight. it's like candyland for geeks. stir crazy. stir crazy. stir crazy. k thank you so much & credits music: |
