2011-01-01 9:54 a.m. All things considered, the last year was a good one. The ghost of the young girl who was haunting this house has been captured and removed. We never did find out about what her deal was or where her bones might be, but what with our internet t-shirt business taking off, we didn't really have time to deal with her issues. This last year, our most successful t-shirt designs were: * 1950s clip-art of a father figure with the text "I am your father and I'm proud of you" * A picture of a raygun that looks like it's built out of classic American skyscrapers * A set of pictures of US presidents portrayed as if they were ice cream confections * A set of Russian prison tattoo designs that indicated that the t-shirt wearer was a thief, had killed two people in St. Petersburg, and (as an inside joke for us) identified the wearer as someone who was terrible at successfully bribing politicians. There are only so many times you can fold and re-iron t-shirts because of a young ghost girl's poltergeist activity before you're reaching for the phone book to find an agency that can handle rambunctious spirits. We're not made of stone. It was probably one of the year's highlights, actually. |
